FAQ

It is highly recommended you book with us first before planning your party and sending out invitations to avoid disappointment. We do book up quickly, we advise booking at least 1 - 2 months in advance, especially if a certain character / entertainer or date is being requested.

When calculating the total number of kids, we do not include any of the kids 2 years old and under. If your numbers increase please let us know as you might need more time or another entertainer to help deal the larger sized group.  

We suggest having all of the kids arrive prior to the arrival of your entertainer. We recommend that your entertainer begins 15min or 30min after the party start time to allow time for all guests to arrive.  

We come to you! Choose your favorite party location and we will see you there. All we need from you is kids, table and chairs.
